The experience is warm, social and design-led — but the brand could do more to reflect that. Visually, it leans safe. Emotionally, it doesn’t fully capture the aperitivo culture happening in the space.

This is how a 2-Day Reset Sprint would approach it:

Day 1 — Reframing
Strip the brand back to meaning.
Shift the story from “Italian wine bar” to a modern aperitivo brand centred on ritual, connection and ease. Lock the emotional job of the brand so every decision has a clear reason.

Day 2 — Visual direction
Translate that thinking into a confident, editorial visual world — warm, tactile and contemporary — designed to work across menus, windows, web and social without overcomplicating it.
